6. Subscriptions

Scaaale offers both monthly and yearly subscription plans, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no refunds are provided.

7. Payments

Payments for Scaaale are processed securely through Stripe. By upgrading to a premium plan, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

8. Advertising

Scaaale may feature advertisements for tools and services. These will be clearly marked as “Promoted” or “Ad.”

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to use Scaaale for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the platform or its users. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Violating any local, state, national, or international law
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or other harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Scaaale's systems

10. Cancellation and Termination

Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time via their account settings. No refunds are provided upon cancellation. Scaaale reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for any user who violates these terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Scaaale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. YesWeDoWeb FZ LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform’s operation or the information, content, or materials included.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YesWeDoWeb FZ LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Scaaale. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Scaaale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
